Federal Bulk 550 Walmart ammo Problem

I have run over 2000 rounds of Federal through mine with only a hand full of failure to feeds, and no other issues.
If you can hear a noticable difference in the way your ammo sounds when fired then to me that would be a bad batch of ammo.
 
The only problem i have with it is that its always out of stock. i went to three different places this weekend and couldnt find one box.

Where online can i get a bunch of ammo for a good price?
 
I would try a different brand of ammo. Many semi auto's have a distinct preference for cetain brands of ammunition.
 
I just got lucky, My local wallyworld just received a shipment in and I bought 4 boxes and a new scope 4 x 16 x 40 for my 15 so my 15-22 is getting the 3 x 12 x 50E. :D
 
Today is the last day for the Cabelas sale 5-6-12. Grabbed 3 boxes myself. If you can do without the dry storage box, its even cheaper for 2100 rounds. $68. So they are charging you $17 for a metal box.

I bought my Rifle back in what, January.. I cleared the 7000 round mark last week sometime, of that, only 2 boxes werent the Federal Walmart stuff of 550. My gun loves it :)

I think they have a 375 value pack for 12.99. Thats a good deal. It is on backorder right now though.
Federal bulk has worked fairly well in my 15-22.
