Hi guys, I enjoyed finding this forum and I hope someone might be able to help. I have a old 686 with 4" barrel what I bought in 1988. It is modified for moon clips and I competed a bunch of years in IPSC. Years passed and I found the joy in using it for this purpose again. BUT: As I got quite older, I have problems with the sight. So I would really like to replace the rear sight with an adjustable fiber rear sight. Whatever offers I managed to find over here in europe, are for the newer round tang and I would need for square tang (old). Is there anyone who can help me giving that old gun a new purpose in life and tell me a solution? Maybe there is some way just to replace the rear sight blade to one with fiber? Thanks a lot in advance!

I make a rear sight like you are talking about. We may or may not be able to ship to Europe because of ITAR. It depends on what country you are in. You can see pictures of these sights on our Protocall website. We're out of stock at the moment until I can make some more. This sight just replaces the rear blade, and works in old or new style assemblies.
