Grandson & I made it up to the range yesterday and got to shoot his new Wiley Clapp Ruger GP100. It's a nice-shooting gun. We had time to go through a few boxes of 357 & 38s. The 686-1 is an excellent shooter. He put about 100 shots through the M&P 22 Magnum pistol with only one failure to feed. I had it out once last year and it was awful, but it worked great this time. I kept the mags loaded full all winter; may have helped.
All in all a great day to blow off the winter doldrums. Now I have 7 guns to clean...happily!
