I have a 2019 F150 that I love. Never wanted a pickup and never wanted a Ford but was given an order to get a truck to help with my +1's business. I wanted the new Toyota PU but they were taking forever to release the new Tundra. I went to the Ford dealer with a friend that new a friend and so I went home with a F150. I love it and take good care of it.
Now, having said all of that, after 61k miles I just had to drop $$$ on 2 new hubs, a serpentine belt and a diff seal. I have come to realize that the auto makers don't make money on the sale of the vehicle but on the parts to keep it going. They could probably give the vehicles away and still be rich off the sale of the parts.
Still love the truck but I guess that it is like my children, cost more taking care of them then making them.
