FINALLY GOT MY CORE

After 2 1/2 weeks I finally got my 5" 9 mm PRO CORE. Been complaining about this for the past week due to delays. Picked it up this morning, took it home, cleaned & oiled and then to range.
DOB is 4/2/14. Ran 200 rds of Federal FMJ through it. Flawless. Great gun. Happy Happy Happy.

Just got back from the range today. Another 150 rds through the CORE. No malfunctions whatsoever. This gun is perfect. Very accurate. Much more than me. Looks like I'll have to get a red dot now.

This is probably a stupid question but...How did you get the slide in that color? Or the middle part of the slide/ejector side.. sorry i'm new to handguns.

It's a KKM replacement barrel, the slide is still the stock color. The barrel is natural stainless steel.

love my CORE too. I had both the Leupold Deltapoint, which I broke... uggg, and the Trijicon RMR. I find the CORE very accurate and ergonomic.

Good luck with the new CORE. I have mine over a month now with 400 rounds down the 40 and 300 down the 9mm barrel. I had the Burris on their it lasted 400 rounds before it OOO. I have the Trijicon RMR 6.5 MOA red dot on their now. Just got an e-mail from Burris that my red dot will be back this coming Thursday. I hope it's a new one.
