Finally... got the gun!

After about 3 weeks in layaway, and many sleepless nights lol, the M&P 15-22 is mine!

Every time I went to look at it, I guess I was lusting so hard over the gun I never fully inspected it, and as I took it home, I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed it was equipped with the flash hider. I wasn't aware that my model (not the performance center, and not MOE) came with it. Serial is DWWXXXX, if anyone knows if this is normal, let me know.

I went ahead and bought a Magpul AFG on it, cause my LGS only had one left, and picked up a box of the CCI 22LR made for the AR-22 platform. Pretty excited to shoot it, although I don't know when I'll be able to. The AFG feels so perfect on it, and it looks amazing.

Needless to say I've been waiting on this for a very long time.

I finally got a tracking number and it looks like Monday is that day for me. Hopefully... my permit to purchase will have arrived as well. Here in MN we have to have a permit to purchase to buy a handgun or assault rifle

Looks like a standard 811033 model, threaded barrel. Same as what I have.
