Finally shot my 686-1 today!

It was my first time shooting .357 Magnums ever. Wow That sucker was kicking like mule and i loved it! I was impressed at how acurate the gun was. I put 50 .38 specials through and 50 Magnums. The .38's and even my M&P .40 felt like pee shooters after blasting the .357's.
Just finished cleaning and shining her up....

Yeah, those .357s go BANG! Nice looking gun and grips.

I have a 3" 65, a 2 1/2" 66, and a 3" GP100 -- when I shoot the magnum loads, I use rubber grips. Those pretty wood ones can start to hurt -- but I sat at a desk my whole working life -- not the hardest hands I'd say.

Sometimes they hurt even if your hands look like they've been through a meat grinder...lol (29 yrs in construction )...lol, man I'm getting old...
