First day w/ M&P 9c

OMG, what a sweet shooter I got. This is my first 9mm and it was a very good experience. Put 170 rounds thru it and obliterated the X and 9 ring at 10yds with 3 fliers in the 7. I shot 100 Winchester 115 wally world specials and 50 CCI 115 Blazer alum. case and 20 Speer GD HP 115. No FTE's no FTF's just pull the trigger and bang 170 times and a hole would appear in the silhouette target. Now as if it couldn't get any better the wife fired a 12 round mag thru it, also in the X area, and stated she really liked it. I foresee another 9mm of some sort soon in my stable.

Glad to hear the good news. I was pretty pleasantly surprised at how well I shot my M&P40c the first time. It is my favorite gun. Your wife might like the M&P Shield if'n you can find one.

My 9C is my favorite shooter. 17 rd mags with X-Grip spacers added gives you a full grip and makes it even better.

Congrats on the 9c! I picked one up about 2 months ago and I absolutely love it. Getting close to 500 rounds through it and she just chugs away like nobody's business. I'm with Mo in using my M&P9's full-size mags with the X-Grip and that combo might just be one of the sweetest out there!

The 9c is a great gun. Still remains the gun I shoot the most accurately oddly enough with the Shield being right behind it. You can never have too many 9mm's imo

I had all ready picked up 1 17 round magazine and it worked great. Really balanced out the gun to me. Still waiting on my X-grip for it but it did its job just fine without it. I think I'll need some more 17 rounders though. Its just too fun to shoot.

No it does not come with a 17 round magazine and spacer. Mine came with a 12 round flat bottom and a 12 round w/ pinkie extension. I purchased the 17 from a LGS but they didn't have the X-grip so got it off the web. Went ahead and ordered another 17 rounder and x-grip today along with 500 rounds of 115 practice ammo as I will be going thru it quickly I believe.

Thanx. I buy a case each time I go out. That might be why I only go once a month.
