After about 20 years of searching for a pair of K square Fitz Gunfighters to match the wood ones I have on my M28, I finally gave up my quest and picked up a pair of the "Duramite" stags for my M13.

I really wish someone was making this style still as they really do feel solid when you're shooting.

I guess my question is what do I do with the lifetime warranty if there is an issue?...

Fitz wood grips are highly underrated. Those are nice!

You can donate it to the Smithwessonain Museum! ;)

If you're irritated because the "Gold Bond Guarantee" is now worthless, you can try this:

I truly appreciate the history of the Fitz, I was able to handle one at a gun show a couple of years ago. Beautiful, but just not for me.

About 25 years ago I picked up a set of Fitz wooden grips somewhere. They were a nice size K frame target design with a small swell on the bottom and no thumb rest. The odd feature was basket weave style checkering. They were marked Fitz on the bottom. I sure wish I could find them! :(

If you want the wooden Gunfighter Fitz grips for N frame, I'm sure you can grab almost two sets here in Europe. I know they are extremely rare. I already outlined that in a thread some months (years?) ago here in the forum. I'm pretty sure they are the most recent run by Paul , because the grain is poor and plain: If I'm right these series were produced in the Philipines.
The K/L sets are gone , when the N (and J) are still available for a fair price. Here the pics on the site:
