Are there any restrictions on high cap magazines in Florida? My niece just acquired an AR and I want to mail her a bunch or 30 rounds AR mags I no longer have a use for; are there any legal prohibitions against doing so? Many thanks...

None whatsoever...
Fire Away Gridley!!!!!

"Hi Cap Magazines" has no meaning in Florida. We have 5-round magazines and 7-round magazines and 15-round magazines and 30-round magazines and 100-round magazines, etc. etc. etc.

But no "hi cap magazines".

Florida be a Free State.

I try to think of them as ANY capacity magazines.

I love living in the Gunshine state.

I live in Florida, I'm sorry did you say high what?????????????? Magazines, yes we can own magazines. Strict fines and possible jail time for low capacity mags last I checked,:cool::D

Surefire 100 round AR Mag.. :D
