As there are no pics of which version you have, I'm guessing you will need to add a front and rear loop for the sling to "clip" to.
Plenty of different ones available. Google pics will show you the way. :D

I use the MCTAR 30, works for me ok as my 15/22 isn't the MOE version. When I installed it, it didn't want to sit level so I put a flat piece of rubber material, (cut same width as the MCTAR 30 and inner tube thickness full length around the inside), tightened and has worked great. You can see this if you go to the picture thread, pg. 93, post# 4640. Hope this helps.

Thanks guys. both will help me decide. would you order from those places?

I don't know about dhgate, but I ordered my MCTAR-30 directly from Midwest Industries. No problems with the order and the sling adapter fits well and seems to be well made. I also have a Magpul RSA (Rail Sling Adapter) and the Magpul MS3 sling which goes from 1 point to a 2 point sling. That setup works really well for me and wasn't overly expensive.

This is the one that I got for my 15-22, it works great. You will have to tighten it down a good but. Also you will no longer be able to use slide the stock in to the first spot with this attached.

Like the MagPul dimdogger...

Squirrelman, even though the Mctar-30 is a nice product that I own myself I recommend you go another route. Unfortunately it's socket is not a limited rotation design which means you will be spending time untwisting the tactical sling. I also recommend which ever front socket you buy also be limited rotation.

This video is informative even if it demos a sling you don't want:
