Grabbed this out of used bin at LGS. A Heiser Denver black #416 holster in reasonably good condition. I did not polish or clean it in any way. It appears to be for a large frame fixed sight revolver with safety strap going behind trigger guard. Maybe like a .38/.44 HD or similar?
By my measurement for a 5 or 5 1/2 inch barrel. My model 64 flops around in it. No cut out for adjustable sights. Scratched into the leather below model number appears to be N / S 5 1/2"
Free to someone who can use it - just take care of the postage. I'll ship it USPS priority mail.

I'll take it, looks like a perfect fit for my Colt New Service. Please let me know where to send funds and how much.

Also, thank you for the very generous offer.

Thanks for posting that, very generous of you.
It was made for a 5 1/2" Colt New Service, the NS 5 1/2 was etched by the maker when the blank was on his bench. It will fit many big frame S&W revolvers as well. A design that was unusual at the time as it covered the trigger guard.
Regards,
