The OD and Thickness can be a bit larger...The critical dimension is the ID.... .068-.075"

I deal with Fastenal quite a bit for my job. Have spent a lot of my bosses money there the past couple years. They can get just about anything if you know how to "work" the system. They're not big on doing small quantities...if you just need a couple nuts and bolts, etc. Most of their stuff comes in sealed bags of a minimum quantity.

Find Mini Washers - Miniature Brass Washers at Micro Mark might have something you can use.
I have a bunch of washers from disassembled electronic devices but would have to get the micrometer out and measure then to see if I had anything that would work or could be drilled out or sanded down to work for ya.
