That's Peck, Stow & Wilcox Tool Company. P.S. & W. Not S&W.

The last picture shows the stamping to be P S & W. which stands for Peck, Stow and Wilcox which was a tool company
It is an inside caliper

The P showed up as I started to
Clean them up. Thought I had
A S@W relic.

Peck, Stow, and Wilcox is now abbreviated to Pexto. It is a brand name of sheet metal working tools.

As Pawngal said, inside caliper. Looks like the one I made in high school shop. Made a outside caliper and inside caliper as my metal project.

Athough they didn't make yours, S&W has made reloading tools in the distant past, and probably other things I can't remember.

S@W is a website or something, and doesn't make anything.
