I was thinking of ordering some powder, but the one I was looking for, Longshot, was only available in 1 lb. containers. That makes it $2.25 a pound more than an 8 lb. keg, plus with tax it came to $39.58/lb. I just picked up some at a gun show a couple weeks ago for $25/lb. The guy had 4 one lb. containers marked $30/per, and he took $100 for all four. Generally I've been doing pretty well on primers and powder at shows, easily beating any of the online retailers once any additional costs are figured in.
I did, however, find a smokin' deal on 10mm Starline brass through Crate Holdings. I've used them before and they're legit. They normally sell 10mm for 17.9 cents per case plus $15 flat rate shipping, making them about 19.5 cents each based on an order of 1K. But with a Labor Day 5% off and free shipping on $199+, I got them for right at 17 cents/case. And for some reason, they aren't charging sales tax. I had to purchase 1200 to get the free shipping, but I'll definitely use them all. I've found the best brass for moon clip use in a 610 is virgin Starline that I keep separate from all of my other 10mm brass, and only reload it for moon clips in the 610.
