Got mine too. Just sent a personal check. When they say .22 only, I'll make sure to listen next time. .45 put a nice dent in it and 5.56 went clean through. About what I figured though. Guess that's the beauty of a $3.95 steel target.

Should have taken a video after hitting it with 5.56 How long did it continue to spin.

Its really not worth it unless you find ammo you can use. Buying 2 boxes of shot shells and paying s&h comes out pretty close to a wash.

I found a receipt from early May when I happened across two boxes of sub-sonic. I actually pulled it from the bottom of my office trash can!

Sent off the receipt and a check for $3.95 and put my son's name on it.

How cool is it when you're 11 years old and a box shows up at your door with your name on it and inside is a cool shooting target???

Natchez had a bunch of CCI listed recently. They had maybe 5-6 flavors available for a rather long time (hours) on Saturday. I ordered 500 Standard Velocity & 500 Sub-Sonics and they shipped yesterday. Then again yesterday the Sub-Sonics popped up and I got 500 more.

I saw the notifications and the links from the ammo thread.

Guess I will order the target now.

I had just gotten 2 boxes of Maxi Mags from them and also had to dig the receipt out of the trash after I saw the offer on this board. Sent everything in and will see how long it takes. By the way the price for this target on Amazon was way more than 19 bucks. Well worth it for $3.95.

I have to know! What happens to the target when you hit it with the 40?

And chance you have a picture of what it looks like after giving it a bigger caliber tap?

And great work with the target paperwork, usually those types of rebates are impossible to connect on...

See my earlier post above of abused target.

Small Impact Marks = .22
Medium Impact Marks = 9mm
Large Impact Marks (with slight dent) = .45
Holes Clear Through = 5.56

Mine looks way worse than the pic above. Almost no paint on mine at all

The .40 didn't go through mine but it bent the center twirleegig almost in a full "L" shape I was able to bend it back.

However, now my large twirleggig will no longer twirl. It only moves to a flat level position and hangs up every time. I've oiled it and worked it, but I'm afraid that part of the target is toast.

I got one of these for Christmas, fun target. It is definitely only good for small calibers, mine got hit with a 9mm and deformed the center spinner.
