I do 2 hours of lifting with free weights with as little break as possible between sets.
Full chest, back, and then arms. Stretching before and after followed by 10mi cycling 5 mi to the trackand 5 mi back, and 2mi running: 1 mile jog after 1 mi fartlieg on the ash track. 3 days a week.
Working construction 3-4 days a week. Working French Quarter madness 6 days a week including double shifts.
At least a 100 hours of work a week, each day of exercise is about 3.5 hours.
