Anyone here have any experience with these?

FX-9 Pistol - Freedom Ordnance

With our friend Ms. Pelosi and others again setting their sights on 2A issues, I've heard the whole 'wrist brace' thing may be a target.

I already have a SIG PM400 pistol in 5.56 and enjoy it.

Would like to get another wrist brace pistol and got to thinking......
I have a full size Oly Arms AR in 9mm that I've enjoyed as a plinker, but it takes up quite a bit of space for a 9mm. It's fun, accurate. Oly arms is now defunct, so mags may be an issue in the future.

It came with three of the original modified steel Sten mags, and after the last hi-cap mag ban scare, got a few of the more current poly mags from Olympic while they were still operating.

Anyway, I put the Oly Arms on consignment at a LGS yesterday and am considering replacing it with a Freedom Ordnance FX-9. These use Glock mags, which is a great idea.

Just hoping to hear if anyone has heard much good or bad.
No longer working at an LGS as I did for some years, I'm kinda outta the loop on things modern now.

My response would be the opposite. If it has potential to be banned, get one before they get around to it. I have a Shockwave as a truck/camping gun; when I first saw them I said "they'll get around to banning these eventually" so I got one.

Pretty much my mode of thought.
I was working p/t at an LGS when the SIG PM400 AR pistols with the then-new wrist brace came out.

At the time, I was living in a county where the Sheriff (CLEO) simply would not sign off on ATF forms for anything NFA. And, of course the pistol with the brace is a sure help to eliminate all the legal hoops through which to jump for an SBR.

So - I bought one of those early SIGs, figuring the legal allowance may be short-lived. So far, so good.
Now, with the political pendulum swinging back, figure it's a great time to get something the left is setting it's sights on.
