Nice to have this type of information on your ancestors. Your family made it all the way to the West Coast. They would have been there when the great quake took place in 1906 looks to have been about 53 or so hope things were good for them at the time. Do you still have communication with your family there? My Grandparents settled on the East Coast came from Hungary about 1920. Welcome again.

Giovani, Welcome aboard from WI! This is the best place to learn about and share all things Smith & Wesson! :)

No apologies necessary. Welcome form Arizona.

Welcome from Texas Giovanni53. Great forum for all things S&W, have fun, learn lots, share what you know.

Always grand to have a new member of the S&W family join in from across the Eastern pond.

Love the wines from your country.

Great history, thank you for sharing.

My (maternal) grand mother was from Palermo.

Welcome Giovanni. My grandparents were from Palermo. They settled to the U.S. in 1915. I visited Palermo during my honeymoon years ago. I remember the great wine and incredible fresh fish dinner I had there & most of all, the warm & friendly pisanos.
