The 5" is the perfect N frame .

The 4" pre-27 was expensive.

I saw one on GI a little while ago. One of the Cabela's stores had it. It was a nice gun with Cokes for $2000 or so. I thought about it to long. Both of my 3 1/2 M27's were expensive but I have them

My 4" pre-27 sold for right around $6000.

I believe there were fewer than 25 produced.
