I haven`t had a real problem with FTE`s till now. The original 25 rnd magazine has worked very well with only a FTE every 100 to 150 rnds.Ordered 2 new magazines from S&W and they had a FTE on almost every round. Worked my way thru that mess and only reloaded with 10 rounds. Only 1 FTE that time between the 2 magazines. I found that if you can keep that bullet at a angle you get better results. By holding the button down just enough to slip the next round in at a angle you can pull down fast and let it snap back up to obtain the angle. Helped but clearly not the answer as I had more FTE`s. today. Anybody have any other answers. With my original mag they would fire and eject even if the bullets weren`t stagger right. Is it just a matter of breaking in the magazines?

Did you use your old mag since having problems with the new ones? If the old mag works fine then it's an issue with the new mags... but if using the old one you're now having problems you might have bent the ejector.

The old mag seem`s to still work well. I came to the same conclusion as you. As I was cleaning it just now, I noticed I can move the ejector in and out about 1/16th of a inch. With the bolt closed the ejector is riding in the channel opposite the ejection port. Is this normal?
