Full sized mags on a Compact

Hi All.
Wondering if anyone knows whether or not the upper mags are the same on a ten round full sized and a 9 compact. I want to use the Xgrip sleeve on a ten round full sized in my compact for better grip. By the looks of it, the full sized uses a deep base plate that inserts into the grip limiting the capacity. I'd like to swap out the base rather than buying complete mags. Any help is appreciated. On the MP compact 2.0 I used full sized 10's with the sleeve. They should work fine

Full size 9 mags are still Full "Size" (not capacity) so the proper XGrip adapters work on the 2.0 compact, 2.0 subcompact and 1.0 compact.

As far as the upper metal tube, they are also the same size and capacity in 9mm. Only the extended floor plate is different to accommodate the grip length.

I have a full size and compact 1.0. Here's a comparison of the mag bases. Same size tube. I was able to get S&W CS to send me some "compact" bases to convert a few of my fullsize to compact.
