I usually use Metal Rescue for rust removal. It is safe to use and can dump it down the drain. I grabbed a jug of the Rustoleum product thinking I would give it a try. I didn't read the instructions until I got home and poured some out. It contains acid and has all the warnings for using and handling such chemicals. Probably removes rust very well but not as easy to use or dispose of.
