My question pertains to motorcycle carry, non concealed for GA.

What location on a motorcycle is legal open carry in GA, for a Virginia resident, concealed carry permit holder ?
As of July 2013,( my latest list), Georgia did not appear on the reciprocity list for Virginia.
I understand it is OK to open carry on the dash of your car, but.....?
