I've been thinking of getting back into leatherwork. It'll give me something to do on the cold winter days.
It's been at least a coupla years and I hope I can remember how to do stuff.
Anyway, I've started a pattern for a Glock42 pocket holster.
I don't have a Glock 42 but I do have a Blue Gun. I figure that a small pocket holster would be a good way to get back into it.
Maybe one day I'll havta get a gun just because I already have a holster for it.....

I am a fan of G42's and pocket holsters.

I also have an interest in leatherworking but haven't got off my butt yet. I did pick up one of those rotary hole punches and I have a curved needle. Just need some thread......

This is a most excellent holster. Horsehide. I would like to make one like it for a Glock 26.

Snubby - Very happy to hear that you are getting back into leather again!

You've done great work in the past (as I can attest), and there is no doubt that you'll be able to pick up where you left off.

Good for you snubby!
Getting back into something you love is great therapy.
I'm trying very hard to gin up the motivation to get off my duff and get back into some of the things I used to enjoy myself.
I know that it can be really hard to get over that hump sometimes.
Keep on chooglin' brother!

Bought a complete rig (VM2 clone, 2x mag carrier, belt) from Monica Khune back when she made leather. BEFORE I bought the SW1911SC that went into it.
