Getting old...........

Ten years ago I was in good shape and my memory was GREAT !!
Five years ago I was in pretty good shape and my memory was getting spotty.

Today I have aches and pains and can't lift things and have trouble just getting my sox on.....................

but I did find my old skate key to the old metal skates I wore as a kid !!
