Glock 17L PPC legal?

Hey all, does anyone know for sure if a Glock 17L is legal for SA Open or Distinguished matches? I know the max barrel length is 6". Glock says the barrel length on the 17L is 6.02. So, I'm assuming it is NOT legal but just wanted some clarification in case I'm wrong.
