Glock Model 40

Evidently it's real! A long slide 10mm revealed at Shot Show. I thought I was done buying Glocks ( I currently own six ), but I just gotta have one of these!

Anyone else intrigued by this?

Yup. I already have a G20 and a couple of longslides in 9mm and 40 S&W. Reckon I better have a long 10mm as well. Every time I think I'm done buying these plastic guns, they come up with something else for me to obsess over!

I have a 29SF. I have an extended LWD barrel to get me to G20 barrel lengths. The M40 10mm long slide is very interesting. I want one, but it's not high on my list.

There were very few guns released at or just prior to SHOT this year that interest me. But I will be buying a G40 this year.

I know a few guys excited about it. I'm not a 10MM guy so I'll be buying a G41 soon I hope.

I've got a G29SF, but I could certainly make room for another 10MM Glock.

I heard about this new 10mm and did a little research. Turns out that I gotta have one. Went to see my Buddy/LGD and he put me first on the list.

Have a G20 SF that is set up with a 6" Storm Lake SS barrel, nice trigger job and some of those funky triangle sights. It is nice and accurate but I am hankering for the long slide 40 with a red dot.

I just hope I am not cursed with the early model 40 with bugs that need to be worked out.
