No one would chance loading modern ammo In a revolver made before 1900. That's the problem manufacturers have when making and selling 45 Colt ammunition. They can't count on everyone understanding the problem.Stay under the 14K psi limit for older revolvers.
Modern revolvers, which the article specifies, are good for more. They say 20K psi, which I think is conservative for a modern M25/625 in 45 Colt. No reason it should be lower than that of a M25/625 in 45ACP.

As to the M-25,, I thing its BB that uses M-25's to test 45 super loads...
Though the chamber is a little different that should tell you something.
