I totally believe in CCW for citizens. But those two brain deads would have been arrested in most states for pulling guns. What were they thinking, two guys fist fighting and you come up and pull a gun. Too much TV and not enough training on use of deadly force and brandishing firearms. Why not give the libs more ammunition to take away our right to self defense.

We should all try to be good Samaritans but at the same time we must remember that sometimes a situation is not as it appears.

There was a tragic incident several years ago in Fort Worth, Texas where an individual with a CCL, and carrying, witnessed what appeared to be two men in ski masks beating a teenager in front of a Target store. As they tried to drag the boy into a van, the CCL pulls on the two in masks. They run to their van. The CCL shots and hits one perp. The other perp speeds away.

As it turned out, the boys were local high school students shooting a make believe "kidnapping video" for YouTube. Who's at fault, good Samarita, high school boys? Doesn't matter, innocent lives were destroyed all around.

Please think before you react with force to any situation.

That is a crazy story.

But I guess the reality is, they should have stopped doing what they were doing when the guy pulled the gun. Explained what was going on, called the police and things would have been totally different.

I can't see blaming the CPL holder in a sense. How bad would you feel if you would have just let them go and later on the news found out the dead body of the kidnapped boy was found and you did nothing about it ? Its a tough line to cross that is for sure. One I hope no one has to cross.
