Google Photos help

My spouse took some photos on her phone and sent them to me as email jpeg attachments. They somehow wound up in "Google Photos." Right-clicking on them there produces a lot of options regarding links, but nothing I recognize as a method to attach them to a post in the Classifieds here on the forum. My computer fu never was great, and it's even less now that my vision is shot.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Click on the image in Google Photos, when it opens the image right click on it and it gives you the option to save the image. Save it wherever you like on your computer and you'll be able to upload and attach that to your msg on the forum.
