GoPro Camera mount for pistols

Not sure if any of you have or seen the camera mounts for railed pistols or not.
Here's a few pictures of my M&P 22 with camera mounted.

Very cool. Now you will have to post pics of images/videos taken with the GoPro.
 
Is the Go Pro capable of withstanding the recoil of a 9mm, .40S&W or .45ACP round?

The website "Strikemark" shows a video with a GoPro mounted on the picatinny rail of an AR.I wouldn't want to take the chance of destroying a camera using it in that fashion.

I use a digital camera mounted on a tripod when I shoot my AR15 and the shock waves shake the camera from 10ft away.Makes me wonder if it isn't just another gimmick to sell more cameras when you end up breaking yours.

The GoPro is an insanely durable camera. People have thrown it out of planes and buildings and its survived. I would certainly not worry about damaging a GoPro, the thing is a tank.
