Got lucky again

In Dec 22, in the get your msgs thread. I posted that in a LGS nearby I saw 5 m&p 15-22 25 round mag. And I got 2 of the 5. I went there this Thursday Jan. 10 & found 2 last one. And got them. The wife is mad that I spent $50 for 2 mags, I showed her how much they go for in gunbroker, her reply you already have 4 you don't need any extra. I'm getting 2 more from Doomsday & that will be it for me.

Remind her about that when she buys new shoes,slacks,purses and so on. Or if shtf,tell her to load faster.

She got her disable aunt some shoes today, I was like for me you complain but for your family its ok to spend. Her tune change, if you wanted them I will have giving them for you for Christmas. I told her how you can't find them, I was lucky. So far got 6 in total. So far I have 2 riser one full size 1. Three quarter size and the red dot don't line up with the magnifier, going to get the low profile one next week.

Consider magazines semi-consumables. Buy them when you see them at the right price, add a few to orders of other items/supplies, etc, just like ammo and you will be in good shape.

I really lucked out. A little over weeks ago, I was hitting all the local gunshops, looking for an MP 15-22 MOE version and came across a place that had the 25 rounders in stock for $19.00. Bought all 8 of them.
