Great customer service for 638

After cleaning my 2 month old 638, the grips did not tighten , the brass insert on the grip broke off, I called in, and they are sending new grips asap. Just wanted you to know how S&W takes care of people.

Unfortunately It only takes one bad Internet story to sully a brands reputation these days. My CS experiences are all usually all pretty good. Even over at Taurus where i had to replace a broken firing pin
Even if i had major problems, i tell myself its probably just that one rep that is new to the job who lost her custody battle last night. Who knows.
