I was trying to find live updates for MLB and came across the CBS sports site. It's great for live updates on MLB games. They post Balls, Strikes, and Outs as well as showing where the runners are on base.

If we're talkin' baseball, the LSU Tigers not only won the regular season SEC champoinship, but came from the loosers bracket to win the SEC tournament.
