I'm unable to watch the Atlanta Braves playoff games. They ain't on Bally Sports like in the regular season.

I go to MLB.COM and they have a $24.99 package to watch all playoff games.

I bite.

Download all the stuff to watch on my Roku box. It says to go to TBS.

I can't get TBS. You have to have a service provider that offers TBS.

I flew HOT!

Am I the dummy here?

I call MLB and (believe it or not) a girl named Rose actually answered the phone. She's a peach and kindly explains that, yes, you have to go thru TBS to live view today's Braves-Philly's game.

But you can wait 90 minutes after the game and watch the re-run on MLB.COM.

"Since you didn't understand this, I will gladly see you get a refund, if you like." she then said.

I agreed to accept the refund. And I calmed down. It's amazing how talking to a friendly, caring live person can work wonders.

I tip my hat to MLB for providing great customer service. I am completely SHOCKED to actually get a live person on a phone call anymore.

Rose was so friendly, it made me ashamed of myself for blowing a fuse and throwing a hissy-fit over a trivial thing that I didn't understand.

Live long and prosper.
