Grip enhancer suggestions?

I was looking through eBay and found some really cool grip enhancers. I am very happy with how the gun feels in my hand now I was really only considering getting one for a cosmetic upgrade. Was wondering if anyone has one of these. It kinda just looks like a piece of starboard grip tape that you stick on haha. Not trying to spend 40 on a sticker for the grip Haha. Also I dorm want to change how the gun feels on my hand much just so it looks cool unless it's for the better. Put the one I was looking at below. Let me know if you have something similar and if you like it at all. Thanks.

If you are talking about hmm whats it called, skateboard tape? something like that? Thick tape with a sandpaper coating?

It wears quickly and will come apart if you get any cleaner on it so you will be replacing it often.

I have Pachmayr grips on nearly all my handguns because I have baseball mitt size hands and I need a little more to grab onto.

The rubber material of the grips have the benefit of friction surface as well so sweat etc is not a concern.

Take a look at Traction Grips or Talon Grips.
I have Traction Grips on my semi's . Adding comfort without bulk.
Regular textured and Lambskin are my favorites.

I use an Uncle Mike's magazine sleeve w/finger grips on my Hi-Point 40S&W and it's a large hand hold to start with, so that tells you about my hands. It gave me a much better grip hold that doesn't slip, under all conditions I've found.

It's not something you put on and take off each time you clean the gun. Once on, they're designed to stay in place and you do need to be careful, because some cleaners will weaken the rubber. Soap/water is ok to clean or you feel a slippage in your hands from buildup over time.

For something cheap from Walmart, it was a good investment and holding up very well 7+yrs now. Don't remember cost, but something under $10.
