A shout out to spdguns for stock work.

I contacted him about a set of loose fitting Model 25-5 stocks. After emailing photos, he provided an estimate, and that a more accurate quote before proceeding with work would be sent once he had the stocks in hand.

He bedded the stocks and sent them back and his estimated cost was exactly on the mark. He gave simple and detailed instruction how to fit them to my frame, which was minimal, approx. 45 seconds of work.

Now my stocks look and perform great, extremely happy with result and my dealing with him.

Another Shout Out to spdguns for stock repairs. Had a 36 baby with missing wood in two places and a cracked grip on the right stock. He was able to add/blend the repair to the point you really have to look to see it when it's on the gun. Price was reasonable and well below what I expected for this type of repair. Thank You David.
