My wife takes care of all the decorating for our church. She has a committee of a dozen or so, and sends out emails for work days, and with Easter coming needs to send out several notices for work days.
She last month sent out the group email (using a group listing in Outlook). Only about 3 or 4 answered. Most indicate they didn't get her email. I have sat over her shoulder and helped her build her group and I know it is correct.
I have heard that some platforms that receive emails with multiple addressee's sent them to a spam file. I have had that happen when I send out some with an attachment.
Do you think this is happening for small group emails without attachments?
