An interesting case that's going to be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court:
Supreme Court To Decide Gun Ownership Case
I just love the logic of the Solicitor General:
Doesn't that beg the question?

Supreme Court To Decide Gun Ownership Case
I just love the logic of the Solicitor General:
U.S. Solicitor General Donald Verrilli, representing the government, said in court papers there was no need for the Supreme Court to hear the case, in part because Henderson could have sold the guns prior to his conviction.
Doesn't that beg the question?
