Gun shops/ranges in Russia?

some US states have more restrictive gun laws than Russia! Let that sink in.


I always heard that you couldn't own a gun in Russia, and like most people I just assumed they were right, until about a year ago.
Ever since the conflict started in Ukraine I began paying more attention to global affairs. I had canceled my cable years ago because youtube has just about anything you could watch. A year ago I saw a video about owning guns in Russia and was surprised at what I heard. well yesterday I watched this video and WOW! while they might not have an 2nd amendment, you can still buy a gun, and how. they have just about every type of gun at this gun store in Moscow including suppressers.

The Saiga rifles in 7.62x39 sold here show evidence of the Russian rules on firearm ownership. The Saiga chamber has a step in it at the case neck compared to the military AKs so that 1) the cases are identifiable as having come from a Saiga, and 2) the cases are all but impossible to reload.
