Gun show - blind hog/acorn

OK, went to the show today with no plan at all...I knew things would be silly $. Got there when it opened on the third day...walked 40 feet from the door, saw an oldie in a case with a bunch of Colts...Asked to see (without my glasses)flew an offer then said "do you have the box?"...Yep, he did...thanks at $300 OTD...

I'm a sucker for the "lazy &" and numbered diamonds...SCSW says 1955, nary a mark and barely a turn line. If it's been shot it's hard to tell...what do you think?

$300.00 today in the current gun market won't get you a lot, but you done real good. That is a nice piece. Love the hald moon front sight on those. Not worth a hoot for sighting but a 2" isn't for target work. Nice gun, enjoy.

I feel for you brother, I tried for months while I was in Iraq to convert all the guys here to some other photo hosting site so I could see guns. Some of them I asked to e-mail me pics so I had something to drool over.

The gun in this post is a minty 2" M&P with the box.
