Gun show purchase 32DA2nd & Perfected

In Australia we don't have too many gun shows if I'm lucky and attend all in the state it totals maybe 4. It can be years between shows where I purchase a gun. I have actually attended some large shows and counted the collectable S&W on one hand. So I was pleasantly surprised to find 2 at the last show that came home with me and 2 I have to follow up, one being a nice .22 ladysmith the other a straight-line that I'm hopeful will also find their was to my safe. Here is a picture of the .32 Safety hammerless 2nd model with the scarer 2" barrel and a perfected Model with a 5" barrel that came home.

Perfected models are seldom found in the USA. I have read that many of them were exported at the time, so it looks like at least one found its way to Australia.

Nice pair indeed! The Perfected model is/has been on my list, but I never ever seen one....

I've heard that Perfected Models are difficult to find, but I've run across them fairly often. There is a very nice blue one on Gunbroker expiring today. Mine is nickel, and has a rack number on the frame which I assume is from a US police department.
