:) I usually have the outside of my gutters cleaned (some are high) but this year we had a hail storm and I got new gutters except for one. It's pretty low so I have been trying to clean it myself. The guy that normally cleans my gutters uses a brush on a long pole and just brushes something on there and his helper follows up with a pressure washer and rinses it off. It takes him about a hour and a half and he is gone. I have tried every thing from Simple Green to 409 and other cleaners even mixing bleach with some of them. Do you guys have any suggestions that will clean my gutters? Don

I am a clean freak and I have tried a lot of different things, but so far the best is a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Pad with a preliminary spray of Automotive Wheel Cleaner. Just be careful about not getting the spray in your eyes......... ask me how I know.........

I also use the same for the white aluminum columns outside in the front of my house.

I have pretty good success with "mean green" from Dollar General, sprayed on full strength and and scrubbed with a car washing brush. I clean the exterior of my entire house every spring using this method. I believe the secret is to clean at least once a year, not allowing the stains to stay on very long. Be careful on the ladder!
