Today's Lisa's Birthday!
It's been a challenging year too.
Started with her having an infected wisdom tooth that we had to go on a 250 mile road trip to finally get pulled.
Then one day as she was showering at the gym, she found a lump and on April first she was diagnosed with a particularly aggressive form of breast cancer. Fortunately, we had gotten to it early and when the lump was removed it was found that there was no lymph node involvement but since it was an aggressive form of cancer she underwent full chemo and radiation treatments.
We didn't get a chance to go camping but we did get invited by a friend to come on out to Newport News and go to the beach.
While we kept her in the shade.
I enjoyed a good cigar in the sun.
Right now she's on her last week of eye drops form getting cataract surgery on both eyes.
When it warms up some, we're planning on getting some camping done and she can finally relax in her hammock.
