I was not that busy yesterday. Simply got everything done and waited for her to come home from her Woman's shooting class so we could BBQ. I am a truck driver and haul to every major drug store in my area. I even reminded my Wife to get out my Mom's card.
Sitting watching the Darlington race. Our 2 Boxers and 1 cat all snuggled up with my Wife. She says out loud...I hope you got me a Mother's day card....Dam I thought! How could I forget!!
Now if you have not figured it out, Yes I buy cards from the 2 Dogs and Cat. I did this yrs. ago when my Step Daughter would forget to give her mother anything for this special day.
Getting into bed, I started my plan. Sweetie I am going to go to the drug store 1st thing in the morning as I am out fo meds. No I will go she says. We go back and forth. I lost.
OK, I say. While you do that I will go to Home Depot and get what I need to finish the garden. No. I am going with you. Again we go back and forth. I lost.
I am up at 2am. Stomach is not right. Sitting doing my business I think about the cards. I will go right now! I took the meds that I had 14 days worth and hid them.
My Wife can sleep through a A Bomb...but not this morning as I sneak back into the room and get dressed for my mad dash to the CVS. It's now 2:47am.
She gets up and storms into the bathroom looking for my meds so I can go back to bed. I hid them good. She comes back empty handed and starts to get dressed herself to go and get me my meds. Grrrrrrrrrr! This time I win and off I go.
14 days of Prilosec, paid with card and 2 cards paid in cash, signed and ready.
