I am having a small amount of difficulty ejecting .44 Special brass from the Model 69. Load is 7.5 Unique in W-W brass, WLP primer, 260-grain Keith bullet. This is not supposed to be a terribly stressful load -- not like problems I had with .44 Magnum loads. Anyone else dealing with this?

Check bullet diameter for spec shouldn't be over .430. How many lead rounds through the cylinder. If no lead and carbon buildup, I'd check OAL of your load.

My favorite load in a 69 is a 44 SPl case with standard primer, 8.0 grains of power pistol and a 250 Keith. Super accurate and 17K pressure.

Guys, the brass was fully sized; bullets sized to .430.
When I finally looked close for cleaning, there was a lot of lead in the barrel, and there was fouling buildup at the depth of the .44 Special cases, so that likely accounts for the almost impossible extraction with warm .44 Magnum loads (Hornady 180 XTP, 23.5 of 2400).
Got her all cleaned up and "ready for church." Sure is a handsome revolver.

How hard is your lead? Would a gas check help?
Mic’d final size of the projectile?
Maybe a different powder?
Best wishes
