Sportsmanswarehouse, as I am sure most of you know, is closing some of it's stores. Went to one in my area, didn't see any smokin' deals on merchandise, but... it was what was holding the merchandise "for sale" that caught my eye. They are selling display racks, shelves, etc. Among the items I bought was one of the heavy duty wood shelves (has about five shelves) used to display ammo -- very sturdy. Other table/shelves for sale would seem to make awesome reloading tables or storage areas. If you have a store closing in your area, you might want to check it out.
Regards,
L.P.

ours is closing, but after two trips there in the last two weeks, did not see any real deals. No ammo or reloading supplies, and 5% off on guns, the most discount was 30% and that was on clothes, hell you can get that most of the time

A store selling its display racks for the ammo components is not a good sign....IMHO.....

They are closing entire stores, it's not really about ammo or components availability......I think

It's about the battle of the big box sporting goods stores and the declining economy.

Around here, we've got Academy, Sportsmen's Warehouse, and Dicks Sporting Goods. As well as the real outdoor stores like Cabelas, Bass Pro Shops, and REI. It's time for what they call "consolidation".
