Thank you very much. I went by a large dealer today looking for non +p
38 Special ammo. All he had was HPR brand and it is supposed to be all American made and the plant is in Arizona. It is 158 Gr. hollow-point and the bullet looks exactly like the Hornady XTP. Looks as if they are using some decent components.
