Here's an attachment for my hedge trimmer that makes it easier to trim high hedges. One guy holds the trimmer on one side of the hedge and the other guy holds the handle on the other side.

I'm working on a similar attachment for my Stihl trimmer.

I don't know a lot of people I could trust to hold one end or the other. Not to intentionally cause me to lose bodily fluids, but just not a lot of extra common sense floating around here.
